Return Policy

1. We will accept returns in their original condition within 30 days of delivery, except for any products labeled on the site as non-returnable. *If an item is returned beyond the 30-day period, we may need to ship it back to your default delivery address and request that you pay for the shipping costs.

2. All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with product tags and hygiene liners attached.

3. Beach blankets, swimming rings, sunglasses, jewelry, hair accessories, panties, lingerie, shapewear, and pasties are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded unless there is a quality issue. Items marked as flash and final sales are also not returnable unless they are defective, don't match their description, or fail to perform as described.

4. Original shipping charges and duties are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

We offer USPS return labels for your items, with the latest fee as low as $4.99. To initiate a return, simply pack your item(s), print the label, and affix it to your return package. Please note that the return label is valid for 21 days from the time of approval by our Customer Care Team.
